House Rules

 

We kindly ask you to read our house rules and keep them in mind during your stay:

  1. We do not allow parties at the property.  Any other events would need to be approved prior to booking.
  2. No unregistered guests allowed without prior consent.  
  3. Our neighbours are very important to us, so please respect the noise curfew of 10pm in the garden and surrounding areas of the property.  
  4. NO BALL GAMES are permitted in the communal gardens at the front and back of the house.  
  5. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES in the communal gardens and care must be taken not to pick or destroy the beautiful flowers and trees. 
  6. NO PARKING in any spaces at the front of the property.  These are for other residents only.  We have 2 allocated spaces at the back of the house for our guests which are clearly sign posted.
  7. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the property.  A £1000 cleaning fee will be charged if we find evidence of smoking inside the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long lasting damage on the property.
  8. No naked flames or candles are permitted in the property, or anything that may pose a fire risk. 
  9. Whilst we are a dog friendly house, dogs must be added at the time of booking.  If there are more then 2 dogs, the booking must be pre-approved first.  We do not permit dogs on the property that have not been made aware of.
  10. We do not permit cats or any other animals in the property.
  11. You are responsible for child proofing the home should you bring small children.  There may be furniture, fixtures, blinds with cords, plugs, bags etc that may be hazardous to children in the home.
  12. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, we do not guarantee safety of children and you are responsible for anything that may happen during your stay.
  13. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  14. Please respect the check in and check out times.  Fees apply for late check outs that have not been pre-approved.
  15. Please take care of all the fixtures, fittings and furniture as unfortunately we will need to charge for any damage that occurs during your stay.
  16. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
  17. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
  18. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.  Wipes and sanitary products will block the systems and we will have to charge the cost of an emergency plumber call out fee.

We want our guests to have a fantastic stay, so we please do ask you to follow our rules and get in touch if there are any issues.
